Your Azure DevOps work, in one private dashboard

DevOps Navigator brings projects, work items, repositories, TFVC changesets and activity into a single fast view - while your credentials and data never leave your browser.

Connect with your Azure DevOps organization URL and a read-only personal access token.

A dashboard that reads like the DevOps work you actually do

DevOps Navigator is a client-side dashboard for Azure DevOps. It uses the same organization URL and personal access token you already have, then surfaces what matters - what changed recently, what needs attention, and what your teams shipped - without asking you to open ten different Azure DevOps pages.

What it covers in Azure DevOps

Built directly on Microsoft's Azure DevOps REST APIs, all called from your browser.

  • Projects

Project list, avatars and last-update activity

  • Work items

Lists, queries, details, comments, revision history, relations, attachments

  • Git repositories

Repos, branches, source trees, file contents, commit history

  • TFVC

Item trees, file contents at any version, changesets, file diffs, linked work items

  • Activity

Work item updates, comments and changesets in one timeline

  • Search

Work items, comments, changesets and projects

How it works

  1. Connect your organization

Enter your Azure DevOps organization URL (for example https://dev.azure.com/your-org) and a personal access token with read scopes.

  2. Browse everything from one place

Projects, recent work items, source code, changesets and activity are presented in a fast, keyboard-friendly dashboard.

  3. Your data stays in your browser

Requests go directly from your browser to Microsoft’s Azure DevOps APIs. There is no DevOps Navigator server and no database.

Security by architecture, not by promise

There is no backend to leak. The application is a static site; your personal access token and organization URL are stored in your browser's local or session storage, and every request is made directly from your browser to Microsoft's Azure DevOps APIs.

  • No DevOps Navigator servers, databases or analytics
  • Credentials never appear in URLs, logs or query keys
  • Strict content security policy on every response
  • Read-only design - nothing can be accidentally changed
  • Sign out or clear browser storage to delete your data

Built for the workday

Everything recent, everywhere

The Recent Items view tracks work changed in the last 24 hours up to all time, filtered by project, status or assignee.

Code reviews without the tab-switching

Open a TFVC changeset and diff the changed files inline, with the linked work items one click away.

Notified when it matters

Optional browser notifications surface new tickets, comments and changesets while the tab is open.
